Dates & fees

Fees

The financial commitment for the Master of Marketing falls into two categories:

  • Program fees, which include tuition and University of Melbourne student charges; and
  • Study expenses, which include textbooks and MBS course materials (reading packs).

  • For the Master of Marketing Beijing intake which starts in August 2008, program fees will be 123,000 RMB and study expenses will be 7,000 RMB. The combined total of 130,000 RMB is paid in three instalments.

In addition there is a 400 RMB application fee payable at the time you submit your application to MBS.

    Company Sponsorship

A significant number of our part-time students are company sponsored. The School is happy to talk to your employer about the benefits of part-time study and to facilitate the company sponsorship process.

    FEE-HELP

FEE-HELP is an Australian government loan scheme designed to assist Australian citizens undertaking tertiary degrees, including all MBS coursework programs. If eligible, you are able to borrow the total Master of Marketing program fee, and repayments are deducted from your taxable income. Voluntary lump sum repayments are also permitted, and may be eligible for a 10 per cent bonus. Before deciding on a financing method, students are advised to consult an independent financial advisor.

Further information on FEE-HELP is available on the government website http://www.goingtouni.gov.au

Please note: FEE-HELP is only available to Australian citizens. Permanent residents of Australia are not eligible to participate in this scheme.
